Mask Mixture:
For Brightening Face Mask (Normal to Oily Skin):
Mix:
¼ tsp Nila Powder
1 tsp Ghassoul Clay (optional+ for detox)
Rose Water, and Yogurt (enough to form a paste)
Apply a thin layer to clean face. Leave on for 5–8 minutes (no longer). Rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2x per week.
2. For Body Care (Knees, Underarms, Inner Thighs):
Mix 1 tsp Nila and Yogurt
Apply a thin layer to areas with uneven pigmentation
Leave on for 5-10 minutes, rinse, and moisturize
Use 2–3x a week for visible tone improvement over time.
Before using it for the first time, it’s best to carry out a test on a small area of the skin to check that there is no allergic reaction, even if this means waiting 24 hours before using the product completely.
